Our
bright and spacious bed and breakfast accommodations
include two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, and a
suite with two bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and
one with a full size bed) and a kitchenette. Each room
has its own newly renovated bath, color cable TV,
refrigerator, free wireless Internet access, and air
conditioning.

Breakfast available daily from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM (earlier
times available by advance request). Select from a
variety of organic, natural, and local products from our
menu each morning. Awaken to the aromas of freshly
ground and roasted coffee, daily baked muffins and breads.
Fresh fruit available every morning. We use only the
finest, fresh ingredients and produce, from local
favorites including Cooperstown
Natural Foods, Fly Creek Cider
Mill, Painted
Goat, Acrospire Farm, Breezie Maples Farm, Agro Farma's Chobani
yogurt, and Stagecoach
Coffee.

days in advance of your scheduled arrival except for
stays of 5 nights or longer or multiple room
reservations.
- For stays of 5 nights
or longer or multiple room reservations, payment in
full is due 30 days in advance of stay; 30 day cancellation notice is
required to receive a refund.
- Check-in time is after
3:00pm and check-out time is by 11:00am.
- We are happy to
accommodate other times as requested, whenever
possible.
- Please make
arrangements in advance to schedule alternate check-in
or check-out times.

Cooperstown is
located in central New York State, 70 miles west of
Albany and 30 miles south of the New York StateThruway.
From
the west or north:
Thruway Exit 30 at Herkimer, south on Rte. 28 to
Cooperstown.
OR - From Exit 30, south on Rte. 28 to
Rte. 20, east on 20 to Rte. 80, south to Cooperstown.
From
the east or north:
Thruway Exit 25A, 1-88 to
Duanesburg, west on Rte. 20 to Rte. 80, south on 80.
From
the south:
1-88 from Binghamton, Exit 17, Rte. 28 north to
Cooperstown.
From the Southeast:
Thruway Exit 21 at Catskill, Rte. 23 west, Rte.
145 north, Rte. 20 west, Rte. 80 south to
Cooperstown.
OR - Thruway Exit 21, Rte. 23 west, 1-88
east, Exit 17, Rte. 28 north to Cooperstown.
OR
- Thruway to 90 west, get off Exit 25A, onto I-88 west,
take it to Exit 17 Cooperstown. Take 28 north
approximately 17 miles to Cooperstown.
Pine Hills
Trailways provides seasonally scheduled round trip bus
service between Cooperstown and New York City's Port
Authority Bus Terminal.
